    - A burning, raging hunger for success (a.k.a "Fire In The Belly")
    - Able to communicate well as communication is the lubricant of society
    - Knows how to read people's non-verbal cues and act accordingly
    - Takes initiative and offer solutions ( instead of just saying there is a problem)
    - Dare to try out new ideas. If fail, its ok as long as we learn from it , not make it again and   improve!
    - Team player and know that the team is only as strong as its weakest link
    - Not a judgemental person. We dont need that, definitely!
    - Contribute to ideas but don't hog the conversation.
    - HAVE INTEGRITY AND ARE CUSTOMER ORIENTED
    - Someone who makes things a reality, instead of complaining
    - Someone who is NOT a "No Action Talk Only" person
    - Paper Qualifications are not a requisite as we believe that each individual has their   unique strengths. Instead we focus more on a person's personality and mindset.
